WPES Christmas Break Reading Challenge

Christmas Break Reading Challenge
Beginning December 19, 2015 (the first day of our Christmas Break), all of our students are invited to participate in our Holiday Reading Challenge.  The challenge will conclude on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 (the last day of our break).  Here’s how it works:
  • Students will keep track of their reading minutes on a reading log.  We provided one page for you but if you need more space, feel free to continue on another piece of paper.
  • Students will turn in their completed reading logs to the library no later than Thursday, January 7, 2015.
Prizes:
  • The class in each grade level that records the most reading minutes will receive a cookie party along with a new book to add to the classroom library.
Don’t forget that our WPES library holds 197 ebooks! Below you will find a QR code that will take you to our Library Catalog. When you access our library catalog, simply type “ebooks” in the search box. You will then see two pages of ebooks to choose from. Be sure to click on the second title of the book (the title found at the bottom of the book description) or click the words “click here to access” (found at the bottom of the book description) in order to open the book.
